Hướng dẫn xóa dữ liệu
Truyện FM không lưu dữ liệu của người dùng trên máy chủ. Dữ liệu duy nhất liên quan tới Facebook là mã truy cập Trang của chủ kênh, nằm trên máy tính của chủ kênh. Để xóa:
- Trong ứng dụng: mở Cài đặt → Facebook → Ngắt kết nối. Mã truy cập Trang và thông tin Trang trong tệp cục bộ sẽ bị xóa.
- Trên Facebook: vào Cài đặt & quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web, chọn ứng dụng và bấm Xóa. Quyền truy cập của ứng dụng vào Trang bị thu hồi ngay.
- Video đã đăng: video thuộc về Trang Facebook, không thuộc ứng dụng. Muốn xóa, hãy xóa video trực tiếp trên Trang.
Nếu cần hỗ trợ, gửi tin nhắn tới Trang Facebook Truyện FM.
Data deletion instructions
Truyện FM keeps no user data on any server. The only Facebook-related data is the channel owner's Page access token, stored on the owner's own computer. To delete it:
- In the app: open Settings → Facebook → Disconnect. The Page token and Page details in the local file are removed.
- On Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select the app and click Remove. The app's access to the Page is revoked immediately.
- Published videos: they belong to the Facebook Page, not to the app. To remove one, delete it on the Page.
